My personal message

We will be walking in this year’s Lab Rescue Dog Walk. All proceeds support Lab Rescue of the LRCP. Each year, Lab Rescue saves and places approximately 1,000 Labrador Retrievers into loving new homes. The dog walk not only saves lives - it’s a fun day for dogs and people alike. It is open to all breeds of dogs and to Labs rescued from shelters or with other organizations. It’s an event that celebrates our love of Labs. Dolly appears to have been a "breeder dog", although we'll never know her whole back story. She was initially rather shy & really did not like older men with white hair, especially if they were wearing a hat. She's been part of the pack for about 20 months & has come so very far. She attends a local doggie day care, where she is a staff favourite & makes it a point to play with each dog in her group. She has a best friend who lives a few houses away (see photos) & has become quite friendly & sociable. She is such an easy dog. We are so grateful to Lab Reacue for helping us find her & giving her the good life she deserves. We very much appreciate your support in helping us reach our fundraising goal and in helping Lab Rescue reach its goal of raising $100,000 to provide veterinary treatment for the Labs that come into their care. Give what you can, it will be very appreciated. And if you can't, that's fine too!
